Happy Birthday John!!

Happy Birthday to John!! Today he turns 31. Wow, he is old. He's in his thirties. Me? Still twenty something....but back to John....We celebrated by going to Red Robin and Blake told the waitress it was John's birthday. They came over and sang and brought him ice cream. The boys thought that was really cool. Then we went to a big sports store in the mall (yes, we spent most of his birthday in the mall which is REALLY weird...he said he felt like a girl all day long. Sounds like more of a personal problem to me but anyways...) He had a specific basketball in mind that he wanted since his got stolen during city league a few months back (how is it that we are always having everything stolen????) anyways, they didn't have it so John and Blake climbed the rock wall. Tyson tried but they denied him. Too short. Ryan said there was no way no how he was gonna climb it so Blake wound up going twice. Anyways, then we went to another sports store, found a b-ball but it wasn't quite the one he was looking for. We bought it anywasy then we tried one more sports store and they had it! They only had one so we bought it and then took the first ball we bought back to the store and returned it. Also, these people who bought a house from John's company love him. John takes super good care of them and they know they can call anytime. Anyways, they gave john a 100 gift card to toys r us for the boys a few weeks ago. We told the boys about it but made them earn a trip to the toy store. We finally went yesterday and they also got basketballs. It was a really fun day and besides the fact that people were staring at us everywhere we went ( 4 kids...all boys...john and I look like we are 12 years old) it was fun and the kids were really good. I can't believe they lasted as long as they did.HAPPY BIRTHDAY JOHN!!
